FREE Online Drama classes for ages 4-9 all through the Summer with the Shoebox Theatre! Funded by Arts Council England, these boredom busting online workshops are a fun, creative way for your child to let off steam and meet new friends.
Our weekly drama classes are designed to support your child in their creative development. We introduce children to interesting stories, characters and text in an imaginative and fun way. As well as developing their performance skills, students will learn to work with others, build confidence and improve their communication skills. Classes are delivered by Bee Daws.
All our Teachers are Drama School or University educated and undergo enhanced DBS checks.
Classes for ages 4-6, which encourage students to have fun with drama. Our Mini classes build confidence and creativity through imaginative play and theatre games.
Classes for ages 7-9, which focus on building confidence, exploring drama techniques and theatre making through fun, yet challenging workshops.
When and how much?
Our online drama classes are held online on Saturday mornings throughout the Summer. They are fully funded by Arts Council England, so are FREE to all students.
When: Saturdays 9.30am – 9.55am, 13th of June to 18th of July 2020
When: Saturdays 10.15am – 10.50am, 13th of June to 18th of July 2020
How do I book a place?
Workshops will be delivered using ZOOM and students will need access to a camera and microphone using a laptop, phone or tablet. Registration for our online workshops and courses will close 24hrs before they are due to start. This is so we can send a secure ZOOM link and instructions to each student prior to the event. For courses, you will automatically receive an updated link each week via the email you have registered with.
Places for our online classes are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
